2. What data we collect
This site has no contact forms and requires no registration. We only receive personal data if you contact us:
- Contact and booking data — name, email, phone, dates and number of guests, which you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical browsing data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and operational reasons.
- Data required by law — at check-in we are obliged to register guests' identity documents and report them to the authorities (Italian police portal) and for tourist-tax purposes.
3. Why we process them, and on what basis
- Answering enquiries and managing your stay — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Tax and police-reporting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Third-party content (the map) — your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We keep data only as long as needed: unsuccessful enquiries for 12 months, accounting and tax records for 10 years as required by law.
4. Cookies and external content
The site only uses technical cookies needed to work. Third-party content — which may set its own cookies — is not loaded until you allow it in the banner: if you decline, static content hosted by us is shown instead.

5. Who we share data with
Only with those we need to operate: hosting provider, property-management and booking systems, our accountant, and the authorities where the law requires it. We never sell data and we do not carry out advertising profiling. Some providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Just write to info@angoloalpino.com. If you believe something is wrong, you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
